Hello! My name is Jeannie Riepenhoff. I became a Cafeteria Manager to help students learn basic nurtritional needs by serving and demonstrating quality food production.   I graduated from the Lima Catholic School system and have been working in the cafeteria at St. Rose for 21 years. 

At St. Rose we focus on federal mandated standards of proper sodium, whole wheat and calorie standards.  

It is my honor and privelege to help develop students dietary habits.
