Hello!
My name is Grace Wagar, and I am so excited to be the 5th grade teacher here at St. Rose.
Teaching this wonderful group of students is truly a blessing, and I am honored to be part of
such a supportive and faith-filled school community.
I am originally from Lima, Ohio, and graduated from Bath High School. I went on to earn my
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. My deep interest in how
people learn, think, and grow sparked a passion for education and led me to pursue a career
where I could help students thrive both academically and personally.
I believe every child has incredible potential, and it’s my goal to create a classroom environment
where students feel safe, supported, and challenged to do their best. I am committed to helping
each of my students develop not only strong academic skills, but also confidence, curiosity, and
character.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and continuing to
learn new things myself—because learning truly never stops!
I’m looking forward to a fantastic school year full of growth, discovery, and joy. Please feel free
to reach out to me with any questions or just to say hello—I love getting to know the families of
my students!
